Authorized to work in the United States
A Journeyman (preferred) with 4-6 years of commercial electrical experience
Proficient in assembling, installing, testing, and repairing electrical systems
Experienced in ensuring compliance with safety regulations—safety is our top priority!

Capable of planning and executing installations from blueprints
An effective mentor for less experienced workers

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Foreman or Superintendent, you will assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial settings. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of electrical experience, is dedicated to safety, and is eager to learn and take on more responsibility. This role offers hands-on learning and the opportunity to grow into more advanced electrical roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installing, maintaining, and testing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and other materials according to specifications
Pull wires through conduit and terminate them in panels, junction boxes, and transformers
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using hand tools and test equipment
Mentor new helpers and maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Must-Have Qualifications:
1–2 years of hands-on electrical experience
Proficiency with electrical tools and a basic understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
Dependability and willingness to work as part of a team
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program
Experience working under a licensed electrician

Role Summary:
The Junior Estimator Role is an entry-level position. This individual will support the estimating department by assisting with cost assessments, bid preparation, and vendor coordination. The individual in this role must demonstrate strong ethics, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.
Estimating & Office Responsibilities:
Project Evaluation: Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to understand the scope and requirements.
Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather pricing and negotiate favorable terms.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance with project estimates.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with projects and incorporate contingencies into estimates.
Technology Utilization: Utilize estimating software and tools effectively to streamline the estimation process and improve accuracy.
Bid Submissions: Prepare and submit bids in accordance with project deadlines and client requirements.
Cost Analysis: Review project outcomes against initial estimates and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
Act as a liaison between the estimating team and field operations to ensure estimates reflect real-world applications.
Communicate effectively with project managers, field supervisors, and suppliers to gather and share critical project information.
Work closely with office and field teams to address discrepancies, challenges, or changes in project scope.
Technical Skills and Accuracy:
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and project documents with a high level of attention to detail.
Ensure the accuracy of cost assessments by validating take-offs and materials against field conditions.
Identify potential risks and incorporate contingency plans into estimates.
Technology Utilization:
Learn and use electrical estimating software such as Accubid and Bluebeam to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain organized documentation of estimates, field findings, and bid submissions.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow industry best practices to ensure estimates meet regulatory and code compliance standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
Participate in daily safety meetings, job site briefings, and stretch-and-flex routines.
Follow supervisor instructions and ask questions to learn and improve.
Requirements:
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools with a focus on safety.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.

You’ll play a key role in supporting high-quality, compliant, and safe installations across various job sites. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, wireless equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning wireless equipment using test equipment and tools
Terminate wires to fiber ports, power ports, RF connections, grounding, and other electrical components of a wireless site
Inspect wireless equipment and components for hazards, defects, and compliance with the NEC and Facility Construction Documents (FCDs)
Help plan and install equipment based on FCDs and site requirements
Mentor and train less experienced team members in proper procedures
Interpret technical drawings and site plans to ensure correct installations
Operate power construction and testing equipment such as sweep gear, PIM testers, voltage testers, meggers, and antenna alignment tools
Work from ladders, scaffolds, rooftops, and towers to install or maintain wireless gear
Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and provided specs
Operational Duties:
Review daily material needs and tool requirements
Maintain accurate records of completed and pending work
Ensure proper use and storage of tools and equipment
Secure the work area and lock it properly at the end of each shift
Show up ready to work on time and in proper PPE
Attend and participate in job site briefings, safety meetings, and Tool Box Talks
Take part in the company mentorship program for ongoing career development
Physical Requirements:
Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., hybrid line installation, and steel assembly
Work in various weather conditions, indoors and outdoors
Climb and work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and tower climbing gear
Strictly follow all fall protection and tower safety protocols
Climb to heights of up to 500 feet.
Must-Have Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in wireless site installation or tower climbing
NWSA Tower Tech 1 Certification (TT1)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans
Familiarity with NEC and FCDs
Proficient in safe use of power and hand tools, and testing equipment
Comfortable working at height and in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Physically fit and able to meet job demands
Dependable and team-oriented with strong communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Mentorship or training experience
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
First Aid/CPR certification
CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
RF safety certification or fiber optics knowledge

The Cell Site Civil Technician assists the Crew Lead or Foreman in installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless equipment, electrical components, and generator projects at commercial sites. The technician follows safety standards, site codes, and federal and state compliance regulations, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, wireless equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning wireless equipment, components, and apparatus using test equipment and tools.
Terminate wires to circuit breakers, PPC cabinets, Automatic Transfer Switches, Generators, and other electrical components.
Inspect electrical wiring and equipment to identify hazards and ensure compliance with the NEC and Facility Construction Documents (FCDs).
Interpret technical drawings and site plans.
Operate power equipment and testing tools, including meggers, ohmmeters, and voltage testers.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, rooftops, and elevated heights.
Mentor and train less experienced team members.

Arrive on time, in proper PPE, and ready to work safely.
